Sports Confessions collects information you voluntarily submit, including contact details, sports background, privacy preferences, and the story you choose to share. Contact information is used to review the submission and communicate with you. It is not displayed publicly through the website.

Submissions are not publication consent

Sending the website form does not authorize recording or publication. A separate agreement is required before any interview, audio, video, written story, or promotional excerpt is published.

Service providers

The site may use Netlify for hosting and form processing and email or cloud-storage providers for private communication and production. Those services process data according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

Submissions may be retained while they are under review or while a potential episode is being developed. You may request deletion of an unpublished submission by emailing privacy@youthsportsconfessions.com.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit urgent safety reports, passwords, financial information, or names of minors through the initial form.

Adults only during launch

The initial submission process is intended for people age 18 and older. A separate safeguarding and parental-consent process must be established before direct participation by minors.
