Guest guide
Your experience. Your boundaries. Your voice.
The first conversation is private and unrecorded. It helps us understand your story, confirm what you are comfortable discussing, and select a privacy level.
Before recording
- We review the general timeline of your sports experience.
- You choose public, limited-identity, anonymous, or narrated participation.
- We identify names, locations, dates, organizations, or other details that should be removed.
- You review and sign a separate recording and publication agreement.
During the conversation
The interview is guided, not scripted. You may pause, decline a question, or request that a section not be used. The conversation focuses on what you personally experienced, how it affected you, and what others can learn.
After recording
Sensitive or anonymous interviews receive a privacy review. The purpose is to protect the agreed identity level and remove accidental identifying details—not to change the meaning of your story.
Important limits
No recording can guarantee perfect anonymity when the facts themselves are uniquely identifying. Sports Confessions is not an emergency, law-enforcement, child-protection, therapy, or legal service. Immediate safety concerns should be directed to the appropriate local authority.
